Privacy Policy

Effective 17 August 2026

This policy explains what personal information Allianza Biz collects when you use this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to https://allianzabiz.com and the campaign pages hosted on it.

If you only want the short version: we collect what you type into our forms so we can reply to you, plus standard analytics about how the site is used. We do not sell your data.

Who we are

Allianza Biz provides marketing and business-automation services. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at info@allianzabiz.com.

We are a marketing and automation provider. We are not a law firm, a licensed real-estate brokerage, or a medical or financial adviser, and nothing on this site is professional advice in those fields.

Information you give us

Most of what we hold is information you chose to send us. Depending on which part of the site you use, that can include:

  • Contact details — your name, email address, phone number and company or brokerage name, submitted through an enquiry or campaign form.
  • Questionnaire answers — the responses you give in the Workflow Blueprint audit, including your website address and details about how your business handles enquiries today.
  • Booking details — when you book a call, the name, email and time slot you provide, plus anything you write in the notes field. Bookings made through our third-party scheduling provider are also processed by that provider under its own policy.
  • Anything else you send — the content of emails, WhatsApp messages or call notes you share with us.

Please do not send us sensitive personal information — health details, government identifiers, payment card numbers — through a website form. We do not ask for it and do not need it to answer an enquiry.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours records some technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, and rough location derived from your IP. We also record which campaign or advert brought you here, so we can tell which ones are worth running.

This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, described in the next section.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of third-party tags on this site:

  • Google Analytics 4 — measures traffic and how people move through the site, so we can see what is working. It sets cookies in your browser and sends usage data to Google.
  • Meta Pixel — tells us when a visit or an enquiry came from a Facebook or Instagram advert, and lets us show ads to people who have visited before. It shares event data with Meta.
  • Functional storage — used to keep you signed in to the admin area and to remember your progress through the audit. The site does not work properly without these.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers offer a “do not track” setting. Blocking analytics and advertising cookies does not stop you using the site. You can also opt out of Google Analytics specifically using Google’s browser add-on, and adjust ad personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram settings.

Why we use your information

  • To reply to your enquiry and have the conversation you asked for.
  • To prepare and send the audit, blueprint or proposal you requested.
  • To schedule, confirm and remind you about calls you booked.
  • To provide and support services under a contract with you.
  • To measure and improve the site, our campaigns and our services.
  • To send follow-ups about services you enquired about — you can stop these at any time.
  • To keep records, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes.
  • To protect the site against fraud, abuse and security incidents.

We rely on your consent where we ask for it (analytics and advertising cookies, marketing messages), on the performance of a contract where you are a client, and otherwise on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and running our business — balanced against your rights.

Marketing messages

If you contact us, we may follow up about the service you asked about. We only send promotional messages to people who have asked to hear from us or who have enquired, and every message includes a way to stop. We honour an opt-out on the first request and do not buy contact lists or send cold marketing blasts.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who run parts of our operation — hosting, email delivery, calendar scheduling, analytics, CRM and automation tooling — and who may only use it to provide that service to us.
  • Our own team, on a need-to-know basis.
  • Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, where needed.
  • Authorities, where the law requires it or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.
  • A buyer or successor, if the business or part of it is sold or reorganised.

Where we act as a service provider to a client — for example operating an AI assistant on their behalf — the data belonging to that client’s customers is theirs, not ours, and we process it only on their instructions.

International transfers

Our providers operate in more than one country, so your information may be stored or processed outside the country you live in. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure it stays protected to a comparable standard, including relying on the safeguards our providers put in place.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and audit data for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back. Client records are kept for the life of the engagement and for as long as we are required to retain business and tax records. Analytics data is retained on the schedule set in the relevant provider’s settings. When information is no longer needed we delete it or anonymise it.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information — encrypted connections, access controls, hashed credentials, and restricted access to production systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information and the law requires notification, we will notify you and the relevant authority.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to:

  • Give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Delete information we no longer have a reason to keep.
  • Restrict or object to how we use it, including for marketing.
  • Transfer it to you or another provider in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent you previously gave, at any time.

To exercise any of these, email info@allianzabiz.com. We will respond within the period the applicable law allows, and we may need to verify your identity first. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the data-protection authority for your country.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Other sites

Our pages link to third-party services — scheduling, social profiles, messaging apps. Once you follow a link, that service’s own privacy policy applies. We are not responsible for how other sites handle your information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will take reasonable steps to tell you.
